Information centre at 240 Moorindil Street. It sells vehicle and camping permits for the Great Beach Drive area and reports on the state of the sand and the tides.
Surf Life Saving Queensland
Whole coast
Organisation of lifesavers on Queensland's beaches. Its basic message is to swim between the red and yellow flags. In Noosa it patrols Main Beach, Sunshine Beach and Peregian Beach; Sunrise Beach and North Peregian only in season.
